Once a year our Board of Directors comes together for their annual retreat. This year’s retreat took place at the Dunwoody offices of our sponsor, Insight Global. The day began with an exercise on meaningful objects, where each member brought and shared the story behind an object that was meaningful to them. It was a way for members to get to know each other better.

Next, our Director of Education, Ms. Hannah, and CEO & Head of School, Ms. Elizabeth, gave an overview of GVP’s theory of change as well as the curriculum and advancement framework. Following their presentation was a fundraising primer from our Director of Development, Ms. Lane. and then a full board review of the strategic plan. We are honored to have a Board that is so committed to the mission!
