Since construction began last September, steady progress has been made at our future campus on Shamrock Drive. Across the seasons, week by week, the space is being transformed into a school intentionally designed for GVP girls, a home for learning, belonging, and opportunity. Renovation remains on schedule for completion in May 2026, with plans to begin the new school year in August in our new home.
Fall: Clearing & Beginning Again

Just as the season marks transition, this first phase was about making room for something new. Walls came down, opening future classrooms. The kitchen and cafeteria were cleared, and elements of the former sanctuary were removed as the building began its transition into a school designed for GVP’s model and students.
Key Milestones:
- Interior demolition begins
- Walls removed to open classroom spaces
- Kitchen and cafeteria cleared
- Sanctuary elements dismantled
Winter: Building the Foundation

As the colder months set in, critical systems and structures were put in place, laying the groundwork for a fully functional learning environment. Classrooms were framed, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems were installed. As the season progressed, work also expanded beyond the building itself, shaping how students will move, gather, and connect across the campus. With drywall going up and site work underway, the vision of the school began to take shape in real and visible ways.
Key Milestones:
- Plumbing, fire lines, and electrical systems installed
- Floors trenched and repoured for utilities
- Classroom framing completed
- HVAC and ductwork installed
- Drywall installation begins
- New roof installed and major systems completed
- Site grading and drainage work
- Water lines installed
- Preparation for accessible walkways
Spring: Light, Connection & Final Details

This season has brought some of the most visible transformation. Natural light now fills the space through newly installed windows. Walkways connect buildings, and interiors are nearing completion. The campus is beginning to feel like a school, soon to be full of life!
Key Milestones:
- New window frames installed
- Concrete walkways poured between buildings
- Large HVAC units installed using an 80-ton crane
- Drywall nearing completion
- Interior walls primed
- Final grading and drainage underway
