Global Village Project is a unique program providing extensive, holistic services to our students. We have intentionally chosen to enroll no more than 50 students in our academic program at a time, allowing us to continue to devote our financial resources and energy to the intensive and individualized support that each student needs. Yet, the ripple effects of GVP's impact goes far beyond our current students, and beyond our growing group of alumnae mentees. Over 200 young women have been enrolled at GVP over the past 9 years, and we continue to watch proudly as the learning they gain at GVP and beyond changes their lives, their families, and their communities. We continue to invest in the development of our curriculum, faculty, and programs, building an innovative model for refugee education that has been visited and observed by groups of educators from around the world. Compared to other private schools, we do not charge our students' families tuition, and we also receive minimal government funding. The revenue needed to operate our school relies almost entirely on funds and gifts raised from individuals, foundations, and corporations or other organizations.

Our fiscal year begins on August 1st and ends on July 31st.
